As a trainee our period of training is 2 years, what company tells is if you get an opportunity you can leave the company with in 2 years or else company will remove after 2 years If this is the situation how can he concentrate on his job, he will be busy with searching new job only because this job and experience will not work for him when he completes his trainee after 2 years
