Likes

Company still has remain-ants od Shell comapny culture which makes it very pleasant place to work. Very structured approach to problem solving although good at times results in very slow progress in getting any thing done fast. Lots of checks and balances that work to hinder someone seeking quick results.

Dislikes

For Indian expats no professional progression but this is universal policy in organised Saudi companies. It can take up to 10-15 years to get even one promotion but this does not apply to natives.
