Sabari is a good company to work. But the person who is in the middle is very pathetic. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is good. But we cant folliw that, because of the middle person. I dont know about others. This was my personal experience. Not all the middle nanagement team. Only one or two.

The job is quite intetesting! I struggled a bit in tbe beginning as there wad no formal training on the job. I got a chancd to wear multiple hats & that helped me get a taste if different roles within the same team.

I don't know sabari sites in Kerala, but in Coimbatore 8ts very hard to work under site manager. He doesn't teach u and guide u, he will question u and make u forget everything thing you know before and only intimidating introgation will happen . Or threatening of losing ones jobs.
