Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. Lack of vision from immediate management. Company policies /quality policies/HSE are mostly on paper only and for the sake of customers. There is lot of politics and most probably appraisal done on personal relationships rather than performance. There is no training program for employees.

Its good to gain knowledge and experience. But culture is not worth being in such company. Power hungry hods, strategic level management strive to take credit of good things happening at bottom level. No growth for positions below VP.

Dislikes

Power hungry management, no importance for subordinates, demotivation, speaking personal and foul languages, speaking about an employees family.
