I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

I have there for 8 months. I teach English there. Everything has its own flaws. I don't want to focus on that in public. But as a teacher I want good opportunities with good renumeration and better work culture and security.

Dislikes

There are flaws in every single thing. I don't want to say it in detail. But the school needs to look after the welfare of the teachers. It should provide basic necessities.
