The best thing about this company is the understanding between the seniors and juniors and also an understanding between employee and employer, There is not a strict channel of medium and we can always interact with the Managing Director, he with his pleasing and understanding personality is the heart of the company.

Dislikes

Due to lack of strictness somewhere the punctuality among the employees lack and they take the company and the soft nature attitude for granted

My work in S.R. International Paper Mills Pvt. Ltd. is of an Accounts Assistant as of now, where I check on through the ledger balances pass some journal and purchase entries in ledger and see on the filing of paper in the company.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
