The leadership of the company is focused on how many chair are filled in the office , rather than being concerned about the product being delivered. You hike will be dependent on what your peers are earning, irrespective of whether or not you perfomed well in the previous year. Your appraiser doesn't have any visibility on the work that you do. You would find it difficult to get your leaves approved, even if you inform way ahead of schedule. You can forget about any promotion as it is strictly based on favouritism. It's using latest technology as all products are newly build and RXO is also a 2 year old company.

1. Shift timings 12 to 9 pm and 1 to 10 pm 2 Cost cutting at every step when it comes to rewarding employees. 3. Freight recession affecting salaries 4. Extreme pressure on existing workforce as people are very less who are joining RXO
