I liked nothing working at RVCJ. They just make you a fool. They don't even give one holiday forget about Saturday's and Sunday's they don't even give you a leave when you are sick. They treat you like an animal. That manager Pooja is a psycho she needs to see a doctor badly. She is so unprofessional will keep abusing you for doing one thing wrong. She will bash you in front of everyone. She is good for nothing. So she handles influencer marketing and she gets a lot of money from clients but she will give only 500 to influencers not more than that. PLEASE don't work here they will pay you just 10K and will give you lot of pressure....Read More

Office Politics - Old employees don't like if new once are going ahead. They get jeolous with eachother. They don't give u what u deserve. Higher authority is unable to judge who are there liability and who is an asset.

Working with RVCJ Media was a good experience overall. Friendly environment. Never faced any issues regarding office politics. All employees were great at their work. I have learned so many things regarding media indistry. So I am thankful to them. They provide job security so no need to worry about that.

Dislikes

I had face no issues except with the salary delay. Since RVCJ Media is a small media house company, salary have been delayed but not all the time. If the employees has a proper understanding and trust over the company then salary delay will not cause any issues.
