Groupism, Bullying, Toxic politics, blame game and work life and personal life is totally disturbed. There's been so many times when there has been biased approach and the person who works more, is given more work and no one looks after or asks why he is getting suffered. And the one who doesn't work is allowed to leave early. As anemployer, it doesn't take care of employees psychologically. Women who don't work or they apply for any leave, they are treated as assets. there is nothing to like about the company . worst culture, poor management . does not support you in learning languages . they will give you other work and not for what you were hired for.

worst Salary structure . when I saw the structure i laughed at my HR Because my 50% salary was just retension bonuse and variable bonuse which i have to pay back if i leave the organization before my next appraisl even though i was having a 2 yrs of bond . i really don't recommend any of my friend to join that organization . sorry for this type of review but it is what it is.
