No personal life , no increment , lotsof politics. Top management doesn't care about engineers working on field but they need output and target to be completed on time. I recieved increment of 1100 rs after 2 years of day and night hardwork. And main thing is lots of fake promises from HR Department.

Everything If you are in any profile here then look for better opportunity. Leave this place asap as hr person can tell you anytime that your position is redundant despite having tone of work. You will do 24x7 job work but they will give you 1% increment. Shameful!!

Delayed appraisals. Call center like working culture. Too much dependency on people. No Employee monitoring system. No Appreciation. Worst experience while leaving the organization...no one bothers to respond when follow up taken for FNF. Lack of information regarding your FNF. Business with employees salary. For sure, an E.Y like situation from Pune will arise over this company. HOD of many departments are extremely toxic due to the CORE management being unethical. Your voices are never respected. Unethical, toxic environment, unnecessary pressure building.

Corporate work seems to be lacking & not much help from colleagues of different departments having a very self centred approach
