The HOD for legal was nice , the HOD of other departments are cooperative. Salary on time. Flexible timing can worked out with individual HOD . Naredco member hence market reputation is very good

Still evolving to MNC culture HOD does not have enough power to take decision without management approval Delay in payment of outsource services HR policies not good Per Km reimbursement for self car travel is 8 rupee per kms only

The management is great to work, always aspire you to achieve high goals. Work wise you have independence but company is little understaffed so work hours are extended and yes no work and personal life balance can be maintained. May be situations will improve soon
