The environment is strict but supportive for those who enjoy working and are willing to give their best in work life. Timings may be an issue when work load is high. However in such situations management provides fooding and conveyance for the employees working till late. Some times salary gets delayed as in other organisations also but usually it is well on time.

Worst company to work. There is no exist time, office starts at 9.30 am but no time to go it may take 14 hrs of a day also mostly. Salary not at time. Mainly the main business is collapsed. So no source of revenue generation. No career growth. No work culture. Poor job satisfaction. Terrible work life balance.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
