The company offers employee- centered atmosphere and keeps the employees need first. During the pandemic when companies had to fire their employees. RCTPL stayed firm and strong and provided full salaries to each and every person who worked for the company. Understanding the global pandemic situation taking such decision makes this company stand out in the market.

Dislikes

However, every coin has it's other side to it. Where employees enjoy best in market salaries, the learning opportunities are lesser for a fresher at the firm. Self- learning can be challenging for a fresher who is new to the corporate world and can learn more working with other firms comparatively.
