The company has a terrible management but the team is great. Likes: The company is in development stage and this is the new plant which started ago 2 years only(Chennai). Company is developing new pumps for the Indian based market which gives the team members a good scope. Salary is competitive compare to other pump industries.(onlyif you begin with good CTC) You'd be sent to head-offices on a business visa for training, but neither the pay nor the work is treated that way.(need to sign a bond for 3 yrs.) Job security and career growth varies with the departments and managers- You are not allowed to grow because of *politics*. My job is quiet challenging as i also have to help with the project team to complete urgent projects which has short term delivery. Work load is always high and has lot of learning opportunity. But after 3 years it will be extremely boring.
