Company is good for freshers to learn new things as there are no boundation to work in a specific department. Teammates are good and supportive.

Dislikes

I can't expect a good career growth as company does'nt want to change its thinking and old tradition about financial aspects. Salaries are not high according to experience and skills of individuals. Politics also a major part which led the companies graph down.

Nowadays i am working in Quality section .Before this i was working on the site in structure and road department both as Site Engineer.
