This company is good for freshers who just read about companies in text books. These companies are good for freshers as they will get an idea about how a real company works.

Dislikes

If you are fresher and want to spend your life here then it's a worst company. No incentives, bonus are paid according to the mood of directors and maybe you won't get your salary one day.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
