Sales officer as well as area sales manager has absolutely zero power against super distributor. Claim settlement process is so poor and very time taking. Expiry settlement process is also very lengthy and not even a single expiry stock is settled fully in last 3 to 4 years. For employees, settlement of their expense will be after 2 month of submitting the current month expense, and this is a cycle. They hold 3 month of our expense amount.
