Ruchi HiRich seeds is established to innovate and develop new high yielding soy cultivars for Indian peasants. Company also develop new age soya cultivars used as table soya .

Dislikes

Compensation is decent,but growth is very slow. The work pressure in season time is very high.sometimes, I have to work 14-16hr straight in a day as I have to manage daily targets.

Work Details

Manager at SCM operation dealt with seed production, processing,QA,packeging and dispatch.
