Big office and lot of teams.....projects of all typologies. Good place for fresher's or max 2 yr experience ppl.

Dislikes

Pay scales are very Bad and not much Growth is visible. Lot of internal politics among Directors.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
