You get to design spaces for leading corporates. The working system is transparent and employees get to have a complete understating of the project process and will be made to involve in the design process from inception. In line to the skill level the employees of all levels will be provided opportunities to have a direct interaction with client and other senior professionals in the project.

Dislikes

Due to the challenging timelines of certain client, The design process has to be rushed without adequate time for research. Working hours can be extended during design presentation days. In office amenities can be better.
