only thing is, we can improve our experience if we are new to oil and gas sector

Even if we are working hard by exceeding after the standard working hours, we won't get the proper pay and even also the regular pay, this make the workers to loose their confident and involvement.

i am not new to construction sector . But new to oil and gas industry i was in a good pleasure when i joined here and i wanted to show my full involvement at my job, but not crediting of monthly salary made me and others disappointed and made them dull
