Not for an engineers. They will treat you like a labour. They always forced for Sunday to come and there is no Over time for anyone. No promotions no increment. Just want to say think 1000 times before come to this company. That's my own experience which I am sharing and if I want to add other staff persons experience, they are alsofacing the same or more conceive situation. Again want to say one thing You are a Engineer not a labour. If you join this company then you do big mistake from my point of view. And yes remember the company statement what they say will never be remain on their words. They just say verbally not officially written. Also I want to mention one particular point, I am talking to RS Infra project plant - Surajpur and K-11 Sikandrabad. So before come to these two plants for joining, think 1000 times....Read More

Career is going in down. Before this company I had 4+ year experience in same field then I thought to switch to RS Infra but I did mistake to join it. As a friend I want to suggest you to join this company only if you are okay with all that.

Facilities are provided by Reputated Companies who do focus on their employees. Yha to paani bhi filter wala provide nhi hota😂. Here Sick leaves are given for 14 days but reality is that no one can use them because they give only to do showoff . Majak h sb yha.
