I got a new opportunity as a Logistics Coordinator. And Its a new field for me. All people like foreman, PM, GM, Supervisor, Helpers, Technicians are fully support for me. And i got a new experience about job.

Dislikes

Salary not good. Not paid timely. And we cannot conduct HR freely. They said eight hours duty. But they took twelve hours duty from me. And no overtime.

Work Details

Not Bad but something missing for me

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
