Dislikes

Things in Royal are so bad. The director Deven Shah wants you to work according to his work order. There are no timings. For a female candidate for an interview he calls after office hours. At the time of the interview he will promise you everything and be very good to you. There is no Job security at all</mark>. Even if you are doing the best of the job you won't be appreciated you will only be appreciated if you stay long hours after 6.30 pm he wants you to wait with him and is a very horrible person. He abuses his employees. He has no manners. He has borrowed money in crs. From so many of them takes money from the employees. Ask the employees to gpay 5000 and more and uses employees credit cards to pay sometimes. Salary is never never on time. He has a very very bad attitude. He doesn't tell you in advance if he is in a bad mood you will be fired for no reason. There are no benefits in the company you don't even get Diwali sweets forget about the bonus. There is no training you have to learn everything on your own. Company culture very very very toxic please if any of a good looking girls or ladies are looking to join here you are joining he'll. If you are married also he will still try for you and give you options. And when he sees there is no scope you are out of the company.
