One of the best company in the whole cruise line industry. The main good thing I liked about this company is their crew culture/environment. Best company ever. I really thanks to god that I got ab opportunity to work here.

Appraisal. I think the Overall salary is fine but they should think about increasing appraisals yearly.

Royal Caribbean always maintains a very high standards in everything, during this covid 19 crisis they managed to despatch all the indian crew from all around the world to india withing few weeks af the crisis, apart from that they are in constant touch with all of us and are giving upadates about companies operations.

Dislikes

Apart from giving the moral support company is not providing any kind of emergency salary or there is no backup salary like PF, pension etc.or or helth benefits like a person will get in india, and there is some level of racism in postings and promotion, like European or americans are always posted at high ranks with high salaries, an indian or asian is always left behind although he is having more experience or more skilled than them, European teenagers are hired at big positions even they are not from engish speaking. Work Details

It is very strict and hectic, i work for minimum of 10 to 14 hrs per day without any leave continue for 6 to 8 month, though you have to maintain high standard of working and there is no room for error
