Most of the time work environment are good because of the team on board. Foods are good but sometimes it depends on the F&B team discretion, crew activities as well depends on the HR team on board. Company greatly helps a lot during the covid-19 lockdown.

Dislikes

There were management teams that does not really contribute to the work environment because of how they portray as a manager. Crew activities depends as well on the team on board, but more improvement will be much greatly appreciated. Hiring partner needs really much attention since from the start, service was not really satisfactory. Hopefully salary for our department should be reviewed since it has not been given due attention for awhile to compensate work stress related. mi And retirement benefits should also get pay hike.
