Colleagues were polite and supportive.

Dislikes

Roulunds Braking, a subsidiary of MAT Holdings, a MNC, yet the work culture and management is poor. It is low on ethics, missing the basic qualities of being an MNC. New joinees burdened with workload before training them for the industry. Supervision is weak.

Work-life balance is hard to maintain there. It is an 8 hour job but the employees are expected to be at service for 24 hrs.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
