Roop Auto is a good company if one needs to start his/her job. Policies are good.

Dislikes

Work culture is really bad. No work life balance. HR pretends to be good on your face but there are people in HR who actually spreads your personal really personal details to the other staff. Upper management pretends to be good and in depth they are not. Politics is in the veins, specially department heads. They show you the good side of Roop in the first week only.
