A lots of things to like: 1. Everyday lunch at office, also evening snacks. 2. On time salary, I am loving this. 3. No office politics. 4. Work from home 5. Employee welfare.

There are some concern regarding the salary increment is not satisfactory since last 16 moonths.

Sharing my personal experience. I am a full Stack Software Developer on this company and I joined on 2019 on that time I am still doing my clg but still they give me the job without seeing my clg degree and after that I joined and learn a lot from this company. Best thing which I feel for this company is that it has full family atmosphere you don't feel that you are working for a company it feels like its your home and the employees are your family members. I dont know if any other company also provide this type of atmosphere or not. You got an opportunity to learn new things and new technology from the company and also the salary hike is happened in a frequent way.
