Very good work life balance. Team followed German work culture to some extend which meant very straight forward and clear & focused working approach. Germany headquarters follows flat architecture.

Loads of fun loaded events are organised by the company. company annual meeting is healed for 3 days and gets randomly located in Indian states or sometimes outside the country.
