Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supporting and management is not supportive .company policies are good, appraisals are fair and bonus every year. They don't give u a job security.

Working at rodic consultants PVT Ltd. Wrongly created my pf account and I can't able withdrawal money from my pf account. Many people suffer from this situation in rodic. I sent many mail regarding this problem but no action taken from company, and from office management. I am not satisfying from company.
