Nothing is good I worked with rodic for four years. The management is bad and there is no corporate culture. There is to much bad politics at different level of organization.last year I met with accident and had ankel surgery and due to this I took leaves and during my recovery stage when I joined back the organisation. HR called me and given the termination letter and forced me to give resignation. As I was not accepting these letter and regarding this I complaint the management but they have fire me out without any reason and till now my full and final dues is pending regarding my full and final. I did so many followup but management is not replying and not even doing settlement of dues. This is very bad organisation so please 🙏 don't join here. And they do this with lot of employers at different level as inside politics is so bad 👎. Not a good organisation to bad. This is worst organisation....Read More
