Managers (CFO) will hire a candidate with an ambious targets without any JD for the role and when the wrong person is hired expect himto overwork according to whimps and fancies without listening to his concerns. Agar 1 mints bhi late hai tu half day lag jata hai . Promotion only given by face value. Food is not good , kutho ko bhi na dai Aisa hai.
