After completed their pending works they don't give any work from last one and half months. And obviously you get no payment at no work. The job security is worst I have ever experienced.

Dislikes

The company will send you on a trip for several days on which you have to travel 150-300 km/day and after completing the trip you hardly get a rest. If the day lies on weekdays you will get no payment for that day except sundays.

Work Details

Your tour will be completely unplanned and suppose you have to travel Kolkata to berhampur tomorrow will get informed by today evening wich is terrible for arrange transport every time. They don't pick up your phone at any problem or anything else.
