Likes

Work culture is good. Senior management is really good. You will have continuous learning and exposure in specific profile. Continuous improvement in product. FarEye has become a brand in Logistics industry.

Salary - Good
Skill development - Good
Promotions - Good
Company culture - Good

Dislikes

The work life balance is terrible. Industry demand is on high always and its very competitive. You are expected to be on your toes most of the time. Late evening calls, Weekends meetings these are part of their culture now. Product is not that stable due to which dev, business, management all are having a tough time. But they are working really hard to make it robust.

Work Details

I worked as a Sr. PM for 2 years. Projects were complex in terms of deliverables bcz of the unstable product. But learning was great overall. I used to manage approx. 10 people team from configuration point of view. Lots of dependency on product dev team

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves International Travel.
