Fraud company with no work culture. No future scope and job stability. Salary never comes on time. Sudhanshu Sharma, director is Fraud person. Always favours Females employee for some personal need. Nice work culture and allows employees to work freely,also there is good support from seniors.Our Company use lastest technology to enchance skills of students.

There is nothing I dislike about the compnay but I feel I am not rewarded enough for the work I do for my company.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
