This is the last company you need to consider while thinking of receiving support from an employer during the pandemic. 100+ employees laid off, and all men no women, so RMZ is doing a gender biased lay-off. #womenempowerment where is the gender equality????

One of the most horrible places to work for, an entire department of this company was laid off in a span of 1 hour with no compensation at all, at tough times like this many were just sent off with no help or anything, would never recommend this place to any one.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
