Everything is waste, management is totally worst.

Dislikes

Everything.in covid 19 lockdown period we worked taking risk to our life we worked for company.but company removed us without any reason and who was sitting at home they are working in company. Totally unexpected

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
