Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..

MD & Chairman is a very kind hearted and pure soul with god gifted talent who not only know how to grown in just a short span of 5 years, but also provides a shelter to a lot of cows in gaoushala. Not as such because though turnover is low as compared to DENSO , Samsung, LG but it's work culture and system mannual is as good as like the big MNCs. Anyways, it's a growing turnover company with a lot of plants in Noida and baddi. This is opening 1 new plant every year.
