Ritukumar Kolkata Team is highly indiscipline, lack of experience & knowledge. Internal diplomacy is at worst level. Production Managers are very cunning and Disturbing others work. Accounts team is very arrogant. They ask to buy fabric considering 5% shrinkage, but fabric will be issued at 12-20% shrinkage, this level of mental harrasment given to new peoples. Completely unorganised work culture.

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K.
