Presently I’m not working with RK. I have worked experience 12 years In RK. Few changes stared after joining new RM for south . Lot’s of politics and not good communications. Now Covid-19 started recently but customers are not ready to go and shop at stores.still I have contacts with RKclients so I’m aware of that.

Previous Management listen all the staff problems and they were always feel very proud about our store sales but after new join RM Changed all. Like shifting staff to other stores etc.....but staff didn’t like that way so all previous staff resigned because of that reasons. But personally I really like workiy with RK.

I was worked with RK almost 12 years. I really liked it. When I achieved our store target that time I was really happy and I feel proud and I always tried to give Good number. In the last Workiy8 months I’m really disappointed .

Fortunately, I never worked with this bogus company. They need to work on their HR Manager Raghav in Delhi Office as he wastes candidates time and money a lot. I applied for Retail Store Manager in Ritu Kumar for delhi location and I passed all the rounds of the Interviews. In all the rounds, one thing was commonly asked which wasthat they asked my salary and expectations which was 58000-60000, so I told them and I clearly mentioned them that I want this much salary and I won't settle for less and they were also assured me about that. Then they gave me their stupid Assessment test which was on pdf and the format they used was password secured, so the only way was to take the print out of that test and fill that form and then email them which all I did. I received the call from the HR manager Raghav within 2-3 hours after the submission of that assessment test and I got selected also and then this cunning shrewd Raghav asked me that the package they can offer is 45000-50000 maximum as they don't have that much budget. If they didn't have that much budget then why this Raghav moved further with that useless assessment test and disturbed the other person unnecessarily. When I applied for this position I was told that their package is open and I will definitely get a good hike as from the first round till last round. Somebody should ask Raghav that can he join any company on the previous package and also why he kept me in the dark about the budget and who gave him the right to waste others time and money as the very first round was face to face and 2nd 3rd rounds were virtual and then that stupid assessment test similar to the HR Raghav, when I clearly told my expectations to them right from the 1st to last round, then why he wasted my time....Read More
