If you are applying for garment merchandising in Raj sir department then “Don’t!”. He is fine but his team members (all women’s) make your life hell! Nobody is focus on their work they all just come to office to do gossip, smoke, and judge to new peoples. There is a women name “Meenkashi” who i senior of the merchandiser team but she does not like to take any responsibility of the new merchandiser! She always gossip about the company boss and Raj sir! If you go to her for any doubts she will make a bad faces and treat you like you don’t know anything about your work! Because of her no one stick there month then a month. Selfish women. Talking about designer team over there “there is a girl name “Madhu” I don’t know what she think about her self ! She act like she come from South Bombay, but come from Badlapur somewhere! So much attitude! She is close with Raj so nobody takes panga with her! Less work and only show off! If you are already working there try to have less conversation with her ! You’ll survive They put lot of pressure on merchandiser to reach to target which is 90cr! But they fail to understand that they don’t have the proper management to run such kind of business! Talking about HR They will make you cry in your salary negotiation process for such garbage place! If you are so desperate you’ll accept there “garibi wala” offer and then you’ll realise how much trauma you face for such small salary.
