Senior leadership does not know what exactly their responsibilities are... Currently, the company is running on sheer luck. And ZERO job security

Excellent opportunity to work on different technologies. E.g Episerver, Sitecore, salesforce etc. Work life balance. I have been able to manage my work and family very well. Promotions/appraisals+ annual bonus. We have a supportive and inclusive environment.
