They only want employees to be 100% billable, and they assign a single person to 3 or 4 projects to generate billable hours from clients without understanding the employee's struggles. Senior leadership does not know what exactly their responsibilities are... Currently, the company is running on sheer luck. And ZERO job security

Not enough promotion and appraisals, everytime when there is appraisal time then they have loss apart from that they have enough money to set the parties and functions.

Excellent opportunity to work on different technologies. E.g Episerver, Sitecore, salesforce etc. Work life balance. I have been able to manage my work and family very well. Promotions/appraisals+ annual bonus. We have a supportive and inclusive environment.
