Richa industries is a great Knit Dyeing Textile Unit at Delhi NCR, My MD is a very supportive to our Dyeing team, also had learned lot of things from him.

Dislikes

Nothing. Good management but budget allocation to run the Dyeing unit is under the control of it's Corporate office ( Other MD's ) not given to my textile unit MD's control.

As a Dyeing & R&D head my work is to report my MD & Plant Head. We had got a very good team set-up, both of my MD & Plant Head are very supportive, I sincerely thank to my MD, he is a great person to learn lot of things from him about plant administration
