I would strongly advise against joining this company. Despite the supportive nature of your collogues, the upper management is highly problematic. They provide Chromebook to every employee and make you sign a contract for 3 years, so you can stay in this company for a long period, if you leave before that period, they will file a legal case against you. The MD of this company uses abusive language towards everyone even girls also which creates a very hostile work environment. Throughout my tenure, I did not encounter a single positive feedback from any employee. Few positive feedbacks you might see are often posted by the company itself. Mr. Bijendre Sir, is the only one who genuinely cares about the employee staff, However, he is also bound by the Monga family. Please think carefully before deciding to join this organization. In my ten years of experience, I have never encountered a company like this. I cannot fully convey my dissatisfaction in words. They had a great work culture, managing all things of documentation online, making WFH convenient. Staff is cooperative, help in learning and growth.

Though salary come on time, but the only issue i find is low salary grade as compare to work done by employee's. No lunch break time is provided in WFH with working hours more than 9 hours.
