I work sence 5 year in RHI MEGNASITA as a supervisor .. m happy to working in rhi it's a one of the best refractory company in Indian .. I just dispoint to my salary . Little bit low as supervisor . Its just 20000 i accept from company minimum 35000

Oldies sitting and not allowing new staff to stay long , misbehave with them , doesn’t support , no proper trainings,no job security . If you raise voice they ask to leave . Disrespect women.

The policies are people friendly. Salary on time. 5 days working..But if you are working on Saturday n Sunday there are no comp-off..

It looks dept head don't have experience and even general things are doing very first tym. No basis.. dept head thinking they are God and rest are slave..I don't know management is aware or not of this type of culture the dept head treating with fellows..too bad..
