No work life balance you have to work for more than 12-14 hrs Useless HR Purva Dhuri gave me absurd gyan that to become successful you have to slog out for more than 15 hrs. If you have completed your work and you are chilling in your non working hours then you are useless person as per Purva Dhuri. It's such a shame that a HR manager is giving this useless gyan. This proves HR doesn't support work life balance which is next level bad you don't expect such answers from an HR. They waste 3 hrs of your time in morning meetings so that no one completes their work before log out time and they stech and do overtime. Exploitation is at its peak here Owner of this company is unprofessional he puts you on PIP for silly reasons so there is no job security at all. TL Surendra Patil is also not up to mark he doesn't know how to respect his juniors U have to attend client calls in non working hours also if you fail to attend then they'll terminate you ruthlessly....Read More
