No hierarchy in IT, average 10hr office sometime 12hr or may be 14hr you may have to work. so much micro management. Zero knowledge of IT and management. imaginary timeframes... No training for IT but you will get some training which are not necessary like for chemical and what product they are selling, how to use equipment, how to do pest control and lots of unnecessary stuff. at least some KT of how project goes is what expected but NO. There are Zero documents available for reference of what they need as end product. For every small reason you need to listen things. bunch of humiliation for I think very small reasons which can be rectified. Big Void(Gap) between higher management And Developer. No overtime Pays but you need to be at office even till 9 or 10 pm.no compensation for Sat Sun work if you worked on both days you may get 1 day off thats what maximum you can expect. No feedback accepted even if you want to provide.
