It was one of the best experience of my career to have worked with Rentokil Initial.I just only want to say in one word about company that I miss Rentokil Initial.I have left because of family concerns....

Dislikes

Some time it become quite hectic to prepare reports.I never used such kind of reports system in my career.But still i was happy and now i am habitual to make any kind of report..

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
